While respecting the principle of risk diversification and in consideration of the limits set out below, a majority of the Sub-Fund's net assets shall be exposed to the fixed-income asset class and the equity asset class with a transitioning asset allocation strategy during approximately 4 years (the “Equity Elevation Phase”). The exposure to the equity asset class will gradually increase over time during the Equity Elevation Phase, from 20% to maximum 80% of the Sub-Fund's net assets.
