The fund can invest in interest-bearing securities, equities, funds and certificates in different forms. Depending on the market situation, 30% to 70% of the net assets are invested in interestbearing securities, funds (provided they invest no more than 30% in equities) and certificates whose underlying instruments are bonds. The other 30% to 70% of the net assets can be invested in assets that generally offer greater opportunities but are also generally subject to greater fluctuations. These assets include equities, equity funds, derivatives whose underlying instruments are equities (financial instruments the value of which depends on the development of one of more underlyings, e.g. a security) or investments of issuers that are based in emerging-market countries. Derivative techniques may be used to optimize the investment objective or to hedge against potential losses.
